ZENITH NAIL LOUNGE — SALON POLICIES & SERVICE GUARANTEE

Payment and Service Policies

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and other supported electronic payment methods. Personal checks are not accepted.
A 2% processing fee is added to payments made by credit or debit card, including card payments processed through supported payment terminals. No 2% processing fee is charged when paying with cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or other eligible payment methods that do not require card processing.
When applicable, promotional pricing may be available for qualifying services based on the payment method selected.
All services are performed with the guest’s approval and are considered completed and accepted once the service is finished. Completed services are non-refundable. If a qualifying service-related issue occurs within our 7-day service guarantee period, the guest must notify management promptly so the service can be reviewed and evaluated in accordance with our service guarantee policy.

Our 7-day service guarantee covers lifting, chipping, cracking, or broken nails determined to be related to our workmanship and reported within 7 days of the original service.
The guarantee does not cover regular polish, accidental damage, impact, misuse, improper care, picking, biting, intentional damage, excessive nail length, or any damage caused by the guest or occurring after leaving the salon.
Complimentary repairs are provided only when management determines that the issue is related to our original workmanship. Repairs outside the guarantee may be subject to a service charge.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify management immediately, preferably before leaving the salon, so we have an opportunity to inspect and address the concern.
Management will evaluate each situation individually and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our salon policies.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, have their service shortened, or be rescheduled.
Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on the service requested and the salon’s operating conditions.

Private-room group bookings require a $100 deposit, with a minimum of 3 guests present at the scheduled appointment time.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward services when the minimum guest requirement is met.

We are committed to providing a peaceful, safe, clean, and professional environment for all guests and staff.
Zenith Nail Lounge reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or terminate service for any guest who is excessively loud, disruptive, disrespectful, verbally abusive, threatening, or interferes with our staff, other guests, or the quality and comfort of services.
Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times. If a child is excessively loud, disruptive, running around, disturbing other guests, interfering with staff, damaging property, or creating a safety concern, management may discontinue the service and ask the guest and child to leave.
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward our technicians, staff, or other guests will not be tolerated.

Management reserves the right to evaluate each situation individually and make the final determination regarding service concerns, repairs, and salon policies, consistent with applicable law.
By receiving services at Zenith Nail Lounge, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
